Question Lag spikes on only my computer every 5-10 mins

While playing games ill have a lag spike on my computer that'll last anywhere from 1 to 5 secs, it happens every 5-10 mins and it doesn't happen to anyone else at my house, its been happening ever since i factory reset my PC but ive reinstalled my network drivers, reset the router, factory reset the router, ran ping test which come out with request timed out very inconsistent. any help is appreciated

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/hdd/sdd usage during the game?

Have you scanned for malware? I always start simple Malwarebytes is very popular for finding such thing you probable know this. I use Emsisoft Emergency kit it sometimes find stuff on client computers that Malwarebytes misses. https://www.emsisoft.com/en/home/emergencykit/
