Hello people,

I'm playing a video game on medium settings on an older PC and am following my Hardware temperatures just in case, but while my Hardware runs on proper temperatures the game stutters/lags pretty heavily in some of it's parts.

Does anyone know whether this is PC damaging or can I safely continue playing while my Hardware stays within temperature limits?

Thanks in advance for any help given.

Most often, unless you're getting artifacts, as long as hardware stays within decent temps it should be fine. But as with everything it depends on some things: How long you've had the hardware, how heavily it's used etc, however you'll most likely be fine, just check the temps every once in a while. Good luck.
