lag when streaming

Im currently hardwired to my internet, im using a CAT7 FLAT cable. When i stream rainbow six or call of duty, it becomes very laggy and the stream just doesnt look right and very stuttery. but when i stream fortnite, it is very smooth and no issues. Should i buy a better Ethernet cable?

CAT7 is fine. Conduct an internet speed test.

I restarted my router and modem and my internet speed did get better but the stream is till laggy,
