Lag when stress testing with Aida64, normal? (i7-6700K)

Hi, i decided today just for fun i would try stress testing my CPU to see what temps i would get at 100% utilization, and my temps seem fine and it never crashed, however, while running the stress test i noticed that all of my open windows started lagging when i was dragging them around, like the UI elements were lagging a lot. And when i opened Google Chrome and tried to go to YouTube i could not because it would not load the site, it just stopped loading for some reason.
I then disabled the test and everything now worked as normal again. I am not having any other issues with the PC but this makes you wonder.

I did try running Prime95 and i did not have any of these issues while running the standard "Blend Test" in Prime.

I made sure to disable all other tests except for CPU, so i was not running the built in GPU stress test or any other stress test while this was going.

So i am wondering, is this normal because of the amount of stress Aida64 puts on the CPU? Or should i be worried, my CPU is not overclocked and is running on stock voltage and my RAM is also running at stock with XMP enabled in bios.

Solution
Yes perfectly normal, your CPU (any CPU in fact) does not have the spare capacity to do 'normal' things, as all capacity is used on the test. If you had a faster CPU the same thing would happen, ditto with a slower one.

So it is completely normal then? Even that i cannot use Google Chrome while running it? And i checked RAM usage and it was not really that high at all, around 2GB usage in total 😛
