Lag When Turning On

Whenever i turn on my pc, i have this issue where i have to wait for 10+ min. before i log on, then from there i have to wait 2 more. If i dont do this, i will get stutter/lag on my pc + a buzz sound from my headset every time the stutter happens.

This happened already when i build it. I have updated all my drivers multiple times.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen R5 1500x
MOBO: MSI B350 BAZOOKA
GPU: MSI 1060 ARMOR OC 3GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
PSU: EVGA 500B
OS: Windows 10

see if you could use another psu for test .

I cant use another psu. I have none avaieable.

you have to test it since it took 10 min to power up also use glary utilities to see witch software load at start up .

Im going to try using glary as soon as i get back to my pc. Thanks for now
