Lag while gaming/blue screen

I have strange problem lately. When i play a game - not even hardware heavy one, like the new MTG arena card game, my pc gets very laggy outside the game(for example browsing web after alt-tab during opponent turn). Sometimes i even get blue screen with the code "MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION". Same problem occurs with other games too like fortnite, or path of exile, but never happend while im not playing. I tried clean windows 10 reinstall, but that didnt help. Any ideas?
