[SOLVED] Lag with +60 fps in games like CS:GO and GTA V after new motherboard and CPU?

After installing new motherboard (B360 GAming Plus) and (CPU Intel Core I5-9400F), i get lag like never before. I have reinstalled windows but it doesn't seem to help. I do not know if it's just my old GPU (Ge Force GTX 760) that's starting to slowly die, or whatever is happeing. Ive tried lowering the graphics in game, but it doesn't seem to help

1. Try to update the network driver.
2. Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi. Also may check your internet speed.
3. Try other game server.

Because the problem related to the Network.
