So, in almost any game that I am playing it has to lag, and I mean a lot, ex. : CSGO (lowest settings) 170FPS=lag GTA V (lowest settings) 80+ FPS= almost like playing from my phone(if you understand)

Windows is set for best performance
Power management is set to best performance with high power usage
No app in background
Checked for viruses (avast)

I've found a non permanent solution from AMD software (Anti-lag) it seems like its working but don't know for how long

Any "real" solution for this or cause ?

Solution
Fond no setting for power in the monitor settings
I set everything I could on high power usage/best performance

Just type 'display settings' in the search bar, click on 'graphics settings', and then add the 'exe' file for your games to the list and put them on 'high performance'.

What about the power setting for the display itself? Is it set to 'high power'?
