Question lag with no reason in fifa 19

Hi mates ! I have a Laptop Asus F542UN-DM015, Intel Core i5-8250U, 8GB DDR4, HDD 1TB, nVidia GeForce MX150 4GB and i only got 30 fps with low settings in fifa 19... People with same or lower specs on youtube got 80+ with low settings and 40 with ultra set. What can I do ?

the lowest. I looked in task manager and gpu is under 50 % of usage when it lags. Could be that a problem ?
