Question Lag

Sorry if it's a wrong thread!
My pc is lagging in literally every game except PUBG
I have a GTX 1660, 8GB ram, I5-9400f. I don't know how to fix it, in cs:go I have a really hard screentearing and it crash often!

Are your drivers up to date? Is this a new PC and the issue is present from the start, or did the issue only start happening recently?
