Okay so this started happening about a week ago.

When i was playing CS:GO, the game lagged out for a couple of seconds and started working normally after that, this occurred every 10 or 20 seconds making the game unplayable.
I was on windows 7 64bit and using the levelone wireless usb adapter. I thought it was strange so i checked on the other games as League and Insurgency and the trouble still persisted!

I decided to upgrade to win 8.1 and later on to win 10 but the problem still persisted!
I tried pinging and the results were varying from 25 ms to 250 ms.
With a internet cable the problem is gone, however my current setup doesn't allow me to use one since the router is all the way on the other side of the flat!

Thanks for all the help!

EDIT :

Just wanted to say that there are 3 people normally connected to the router and they do not experience this laggs!

Solution
1. if your problem doesn't exist wired into router, then it removes everything (pc and networking equipment)
2. you state other people connected to router have no issue (are they on wireless?)
3. if yes for 2. then the problem is either with driver or hardware of your usb wireless device.
