Lagging at BIOS

Heya guys, i just assembled a new pc with i3-4160 and ECS H81H3-M4 motherboard and noticed that everytime i go into BIOS my mouse is like slowing down and lagging. How do i fix it?

That is most likely the default sensitivity of your mouse. There is probably no way to fix it, unless your BIOS has mouse sensitivity settings.

Its not only the mouse but the whole bios are lagging and i dont even know what i did wrong on my build.

That could be just ECS bios if the PC is working fine out of bios then their no problem.
