Question Lagging games on my PC

Hello i have been playing GTA 5, Rocket League and AC Unity for a while on my PC and couple of days ago they started lagging that much that i cant play them anymore. I tried cleaning my PC and putting priority on games that I am playing but it still doesnt help. My PCs specs are I5 4590 RX570 8gb. Does anyone else has this problem and is there anyone that knows solution. Thanks in advance...

check cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

game on the ssd? how full it is?
check the ram usage during the game?

Plus my GPU temp is 45 Celsius is this that may be causing this slow loading and lagging beacuse its too low? GPU usage is 1% and CPU usage is like 20%

doesn't sound like it being use. what are the usage?
monitor connecting to the gpu?
