Lagging in all my games on the internet

I have an Acer Aspire 5750G-6804 just upgraded the ram thinking that was going to help out! I was wrong! Can someone help me out before i shoot my laptop?
List of games: Leauge of Ledgends, Diablo 3. Playing online with buddies in the same room and they aren't experinciing any lag at all. What could be my problem?

well I thought that also but we are all running off the same connection and their machines are running flawlessly

Make sure to reduce settings. The graphics card in that laptop is very weak.

Try to reinstall your games. Run a virus / malware scan and delete some unnecessary files or application before runnig your game.

Exactly ...if you are playing on anything other than low you will lag. Whatever graphic options are available scale everything down and if turned on turn off AA/AF, Shadows Etc
