Question Lagging in every game (fps drops) Please Help Me!

Guys these are my specs

Motherboard - asrock a320m hdv
Processor - ryzen 5 1600
GPU -zotac gtx 1060 6gb amp edition
Ram - corsair vengeance ddr4 8gb 3000mhz ( running at 2666mhz at 3.4v in bios )
Hdd - wd blue 1 tb
Monitor - Benq 24inch 1080p gaming monitor

All games are shuttering and lagging with fps drops and I mean it when I say every game.

My overall test after a csgo game ( which lagged terribly)
