lagging issue ?

so i have been playing games on my pc for only a few months now, its a custom built pc, and i havent had any issue with any games, usually play overwatch at the moment. now its like suddenly my system cant handle it? as i try and play its like when i turn in overwatch i lag. and i play darksiders as well and im experiencing lag there as well... my specs are cpu: amd a10 7890k OC to 4.5 ghz. GPU: gtx 1070 gamingx. RAM: 16gb ddr3 1600hz. MOBO: asrock fatallity a88xfm2+ killer. cpu is water cooled by a cooler msater liqiud 120. and its got a 750 watt PSU. my operating system is on a 156 gig sandisk ssd and all my games are on my wd blue hdd 2 tb. any help would be muc appreciated.

turns out my amd a10 is the problem. i guess it is starting to bottleneck my GPU.
