[SOLVED] Lagging when surfing youtube,facebook etc. ?

Hey guys
I have a better system that the one at my work, but the one at work surfs so much faster (and i'm not talking about internet speed) . It responds much faster when in youtube, facebook etc.
My system :
Ryzen 2600x
2x8gb 3200mhz
850 evo 250gb
RTX 2060

The other computer
I5 8400
2x8gb 2400mhz
GTX 1060
Samsung 850 evo

The only component that's better is the i5. Is it the reason it goes faster?
Also I have to tell you that this PC is empty. No programs, nothing. Only the basics

You can run a trace route in a command prompt window tracert facebook.com and see what it looks like.

It often helps to use a different DNS server, so try changing yours to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in the network control panel, adapter settings, properties, IPv4 properties instead of using auto that gives you your ISP DNS.
