laggy mouse ruins my gameplay

I notice this the most when i paly battle field or when moveing my mouse realy slow. My mouse has a stutter that realy annoys me. Its not smoolth its shakey when moveing and all of it comes out in my gameplay. i have a power logic xtron 5000. I know its not a good mouse could that be the problem? I found a windows hotfix that is says that it fixes the problem but it puts me off because it says that it changes the regesrty and i cant figure out witch one to down load.

could be several things. dodgy driver, or malfunctioning sensor. Treat yourself to a new mouse
