So lately I've been searching to fix my lag issues.
The problem is that game is blurry/choppy/jittery/stuttery and feels like I'm on 60hz when I have a 360hz monitor and play at 600fps and it always feels like I'm seconds behind other people and is literally impossible to hit someone.
Today I found out during late night hours and early morning hours the pc is working insanely better, extremely smooth picture and snappy gameplay.
It's not the internet because it happens even with my ethernet cable unplugged.
I'm using stripped down version of windows so no tasks are running on the background at any given time of the day.
Any clue what it could be? Could it be bad electricity during the day? If so I can take my PC to a different house during the day and test it there.
