Lags in games

My system spec :-
Core i5 3570.
8gb ram.
Gt 430.
.
Still the games cannot run on 1920*1080 resolution without lags and stuttering.

Your graphic card is not a gaming one.
That's totally normal if you have low FPS...

The only thing you can do is to upgrade for a newer one.

What games are you talking about and at what settings? You have an old and slow video card for games, try running at lower resolution and/or lower quality settings.

Well AC1 should be fine on your system, does it run OK if you lower res to 720? Did you check the system for heat issues, CPU/video card use to make sure CPU is not used by something else? Can try a clean Windows setup, make sure hard drive is in good shape with a scan. At times older games can have issues on newer drivers, maybe try an older driver version.
