Question Lags in Valorant

Hey guys. When i play Valorant the game is pretty laggy my frames are good but sometimes they drop from 250-200 to 160 120 i dont know if thats the reason it lags but i had no problem with this 1-2 weeks ago. I tried to reinstall drivers,reinstalled valorant but nothing helps. Any advice?

What are your cpu and gpu temperatures when this happens?
