lags lags lags!what to do?

First of all my spec is-
window 7 ultimate 64 bit
Nvidia 660 Gt
4 GB ram
Intel i5 processor

Here is my problem- when I play sleeping dogs on low setting it is giving me very bad fps and game is so laggy then I tried to run it on ultra low but still lags now to do can you tell me graphics setting
