[SOLVED] Lags occur when ext apps are running

When i play Rainbow Six Siege it doesn't lag, runs very smoothly. (no ext apps are on)
But if i play with Discord or any other external applications (tabstats, r6tracker), it begins to lag a little bit. Even changing volume makes it lag, until the volume icon disappears.
Specs: Win10, i7 2600, rx 580 8gb, 8gb ram, 550psu.

Minimum amount of RAM to run RSS is 6GB, recommended amount is 8GB.

So my guess is you need to add more RAM to avoid the lag when other apps are running at the same time.
