Hello,

to connect a switch and a pc, the sequence of wires in connectors of both sides should be same, ok ?

now, i want to know the following.........

how can i connect 2 switches to each other ?
some one told me that in this case, sequence should be cross, i dont know what will be the sequence?

Switches will require a standard "patch" or "ethernet" cable. Most, if not all switches that I am aware of support Auto-MDIX. Previously in the olden' days, you would be required to use a "cross over" cable which has different pairs lined up.

In regards to a computer to connecting to a switch, cables are not exactly 'straight' through. A pair is crossed.
