Lan access but No Internet

Windows 7 LAN 2 desktop 1 laptop one desktop will not not ping or Tracer but has LAN access. Have tried many fixes with no success. Any ideas.

Does it appear in device manager?? Does it say it's working?

ip conflict , shutdown your router for a couple of minutes, check if the pc has dhcp and change dns to google's ip ( 8.8.8.8)

If its a network using DHCP, go into the PC that is having the issue, open up the command prompt by pressing the Windows key to open up the start menu, and in the search bar type "cmd" and click the top search result "cmd.exe". When the command prompt opens type, "ipconfig /release" and then "ipconfig /renew" without the quotations.
