LAN and air card simultaneously

I am trying to run my wired Ethernet connection and my Verizon usb mobile air card simultaneously. I want most of my programs through the Ethernet, and a specific programs to access internet through the air card. Is there anyway to do this?

Windows doesn't support dual WAN connectivity by default. ForceBindIP -- http://old.r1ch.net/stuff/forcebindip/ might be able to do what you want but I have never tested it.
