LAN and WAN bridging

Hello
I have two USB NICs. One is connected to my Dlink wifi router which is my local LAN and the other is connected to my WIFI Device which connects to the Internet. I also have a wifi printer connected to my local lan.

I want to browse internet and at the same time I need to access computers in local lan and take printouts from wifi computer.

How do I do that?

You would have to manually configure the LAN device, disable DHCP. Do not put a default gateway on the LAN. Windows 10 may not recognize that network as "private" which can limit sharing on that network.
