LAN Audio notworking

I went to sleep as usual by turning off my PC at nearly 2 A.M


the next morning I woke up I started up a game and there was no sound.. Windows was not detecting any device plugged in for the audio...So I updated my Realtek audio driver and it took a restart...Now after the restart windows can't detect any Ethernet plugged into my LAN port and even the audio issue was not fixed..I can't access the internet...so I reinstalled my operating system and installed my motherboard drivers...But nothing happened..The audio and Lan are not working...So I reset BIOS and even reset the motherboard battery...unplugged and then plugged everything back that is connected the mothetboard...Nothing worked so far...

so what is the problem? Are the ports damaged? how can a simple and normal restart damage my LAN port?

Try a different Ethernet cable first, if it still doesn't detect it, and your audio devices are still messed up, something may have happened for them to both go out at once.

I have done that...My ethernet is completely OK
