Lan Card for Windows 10

hello,
finally my On-board realtek lan adapter gets into some deep sleep mode and i did every possible thing to wake it up and nothing happened so far. so i have decided to buy a new one.
I am using a Mini iTX mobo having only one pci-e x1 (Pci-e x16 is used for GPU).
any suggestions for a good card for WINDOWS 10

I would always go with an Intel LAN card, they are great quality and they keep up with drivers. They run about $27 at AMAZON or NEWEGG..
