I've been having a problem connecting to the internet with my PC for the last two or so weeks. I switched to AT&T Uverse internet about a week before this problem started. The issue is that I can't connect to certain sites on chrome or use steam, but no network troubleshooter can find any issues. Some sites work just fine in chrome, like YouTube and Yahoo, I can watch videos just fine, and look at my emails, and when I search something on google, I get all the normal results and links and images, but when I try to click the links, most of the sites time out. I've tried fiddling with modem and firewall settings for almost two weeks now, and I think I could use some help. These are my specs/info:
