LAN does not have valid IP

using the lan cable I can connect to internet on my laptop bt when I connect the same cable on my desktop it does not work. please help me guys.??

for my laptop both static and auto IP works fine.. bt none works for the desktop. bt the above config results are for static IP

turn off the laptop, set the desktop with the laptop static ip(192.168.1.50) and see if that work.

Tell us more about the configuration on the laptop. The details show the Ethernet connection as a Hyper-V virtual machine with a virtual Ethernet adapter.

Are you sure the gateway is correct on the real machine (the desktop)?
