Lan light still on/rarely blinking when pc is off after windows 10 update

So usually after i completely turned off my pc, the lan light would turn off as well, but now after some windows 10 update finished and is now complete the light turns off then turns on again, while my pc is completely off. Is this normal, i mean before the light would turn off and not turn on again unless i turned on my pc. Should i be worried.

Your network adapter is in a wake on lan (WOL) enabled state. You may be able to disable that in the BIOS or in the power options of the device in the Windows device manager.

It doesn't hurt anything to have it enabled.
