Question LAN problem to my Asus k55vm, PCI bus 4, device 0, function 2

I am facing this error in Realtek Lan driver...PCI bus 4, device 0, function 2
i did format whole system.. i did update driver.. still its having prolem...my lan port is not working...

Graphics card : Nvidia 630M
Os : currently Windows 10
