Hello, I built a 2nd PC, but don't want to buy extra wires and stuff - I want to remote desktop into it and play games on it. The problem is, even using LAN on standard Remote Desktop, i get low FPS and bad quality. I know there are companies that have real REMOTE desktop PC gaming with great FPS Quality, but why can't I achieve this on my damn LAN?

2.4Hz, both PCs on wifi

It depends on the connection speed.

Gaming companies that allow for remote Desktop have utilised connection speeds/sessions for the PC's that they set up, so it's more optimised in a sense.

But let's not forget, they most likely have REALLY good upload/download rates.

It may also be dependant on your hardware, but not that much (GPU/CPU)

Okay, boys, submitted an amazon return for this 5GHz USB wifi thing.

SOLUTION:
Bought two 50ft CAT5e Cables, hooked both computers directly up to the modem/router. RDP flawless gaming 0 delays, great resolution.
