LAN VS Wireless

My problem is how can I connect to LAN network and wireless in the same time. my LAN is joined network in my company without an internet and my wireless have a network connection. I already try to troubleshoot, and search in google how to solve this problem but it did not help me. Can someone help me?

Create a static IP on the LAN with no gateway. Leave wireless as DHCP. The two networks have to have different subnets (192.168.10.x for one and 192.168.99.y for the other) .
