Since about an hour ago my WiFi stopped working, after doing a simple Router reset it's still not working.
I walked upstairs to my PC and checked if i had internet there over a LAN cable, i had and it's just like always, so it's not my modem but definitely the Router.

This morning my WiFi worked but now it has completely stopped working.
I hope maybe one of you has a solution to my problem.

Thank you for reading.

(complete internet setup: provider provided modem > TP-Link switch with all desktops on it > TP-Link Router connected to switch, only used to provide internet on mobile phones and a laptop.)

Just factory restored all settings and still nothing, ill try to connect it directly to my modem and if it doesn't work then your right and it just die.

Thanks for the answer. :)

Unfortunately all consumer-level WiFi routers have a limited lifespan, and the wireless function is usually the first thing to fail on them.

That, coupled with the fact that TP-Link hardware isn't all that great to start with (but most brands suffer the same fate eventually so I'm not bashing TP-Link exclusively).

You've got to spend serious money to get a truly reliable and long-lasting router/modem (eg the "Billion" brand, well in excess of £100 (UK Sterling).
