Question Lancool 2 rgb isn’t on

my lian li lancool 2 from rgb isn’t on or working and idk why.

connect it correctly to the motherboard or RGB hub /power supply

C button for color control
M button for lighting mode control

it’s a 3pin connector and doesn’t reach to my mother board. it’s a female end. i plugged it into a male end that looks to be the C and M on the top of my case. and still nothing
