Language bar never shows

I can get language bar docked into taskbar via control panel, when i click "show the language bar", it's icon disappears from taskbar, but the language bar never displays.
I used it some month ago without this problem, removed the language bar from taskbar, when i not had to use it anymore.

Add a shortcut for "ctfmon.exe" to the startup group.

Hi,

Quick thing you can try is to add a second keyboard in the list. Else it's bugged.

I should also have added that you must have more than one language pack installed for the language bar to appear on the desktop.
