Question Language change shortcut

English isn't my first language, i have both my first language and english "installed" on windows, i use windows in english because it's easier to know what to click while following a tutorial.
While i'm playing a game i VERY often press Alt+Shift and it changes my keyboard layout to english, and it is really annoying. is there any way to remove that shortcut or english keyboard layout? (without removing the windows language)
