Language compatibility problems with Provider?

My PC is a Windows7 laptop bought and programmed in France. I have a French provider (Orange).
[strike]Should[/strike] If I purchase a new laptop in Germany or the UK, will there be language compatibility problems when I set up my French provider?

Windows 7 supports many languages and you can select the supported language of your choice or change it if necessary. [Edit typos.]

Now if I understand your post correctly if you purchase a new laptop in Germany (German) or the UK (English) you will simply change to the French display version of Windows accordingly. Maybe the seller will do that for you as part of the sale.

Would expect that changing the Windows OS language would be a common occurence in Europe - no disrespect intended.
