Language Features ???

It always tries to install me some kind of language features and it like doesn't install them and every 15mins i hear (Tling) sound. Andone has an idea for to fix it?

WINDOWS 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It says like a " We could not installed the feature" and then i press on it it shows me like lots of english language optional features.

The language settings in win 10 default to US English, even if you change them, they just go back to US English. I can see three optional upgrades in there but Windows has never forced me to dl them.

In settings/time & language/Region & Language, do you have more than one language under the Languages heading? If you only have US it might be trying to help.

Do you use the windows store at all as the language packs get downloaded through it as well as Windows update.

i tried to figure out how to fix the download thing and came up empty.

try this:
right click start
select control panel (Admin)
type "sfc /scannow" without quotes and press enter
this just check system files and see if its okay, not sure if it will help though.
