Language Issue after Windows XP install using winnt32

I did a new os install on a windows xp using the winnt32 application/program within the i386 folder and everything went good. The first thing i noticed was that the windows language is not all english, meaning when i go into control panel, some of the icons are in english and some are in a foreign language. Could anyone shed some light into why this happened? This is for work so any help is greatly appreciated!!!

You probably used the wrong localized version of Windows. Get a copy of the correct language setup and run that.

i used the only winnt32 application/file that was within the i386 folder. I used an OEM xp cd and reinstalled the OS using the OEM key. All is well now. Thanks for the reply
