I woke up, everything was working correctly, I then made breakfast, sat down and watched a tv show and when I started typing again I was getting UK characters.
For no reason at all my language will change from English Canada to English UK which of course means that the keys no longer repersent the characters they should. IE. @ is now " & # is now £.
I've gone into Chrome settings and they still show Canadian English. If I open IE the characters are also the same. I open up windows Language settings and it shows Canada - English for everything and yet, right now I'm using the UK setup for Lanague. Doesn't matter if I restart my computer it eventually returns.
This has been going on for little over a month now and I don't know why it happens or how to make it stop.
