Language "locked" during clean installation?

Apologies if this is a stupid question, but hopefully someone can help!

My PC was bought in Japan and came with 64 bit Win 7 Professional installed (full version, not OEM) and the disc was included. However, the OS is 100% in Japanese and so I want to do a clean installation.

My problem is that, when booting from the DVD, the language seems to be locked to Japanese - I can change the keyboard and date/time to English, but not installation language.

As the disc is the full retail version, shouldn't English be included? If so, does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I think that is only possible with Win 7 Ultimate, and not professional unfortunately...

Unless anyone has a better idea, I guess I need to go out and buy a copy of Windows 8 :-/

As an additional question, if I were to download an ISO of the English 64 bit Win7 Pro, would my Japanese installation key work with it, or are they locked to the disc?

EDIT: Something like this;
