I live in U.S, but I'm from Russia and sometimes visit Russian websites. When I format my hard drive and Install Windows ME I put Russian when it asks me what language(I install cyrilic fonts too) is the closest, this was I can read russian websites, but today I put English as the closest language (and installed Cyrilic fonts)and instead of getting russian letters I'm getting SYMBOLS I've never seen before!!! I tried ti change from U.S to Russia in Regional settings in Control Panel, but it did NOTHING!!! PLease HELP!!!!!
