Language selector for keyboards?

Hi, I have a multi-language keyboard (English and french.) and previously by the taskbar it had a small keyboard icon, but it seems to have gone missing.

While this normally wouldn't be an issue, my keyboard tends to switch between french and english accents, so I was wondering if there was a way to restore the icon?

In Windows 7 you go to the "Change keyboards" dialog from "Region and Language". Then open the "Language Bar" tab and select "Docked in the Task Bar" for Language Bar. I expect that it will be the same, or very similar, on Vista.
