Question Laptop accidentally died during Windows Memory Diagnostic,

I have a Lenovo Legion y740 and it ran out of battery while running Windows Memory Diagnostic (i know i shouldve plugged it in, but it was at 98% when i ran it and it should have at least lasted 2 hours, the test was only running for about 50 minutes). Would this have caused issues with my laptop? After rebooting, it seems like everything is fine, but there might be hidden problems or something
