If it boots to the Acer logo before going through the loop tap the heck outta the F2 button to get into the BIOS. From there scroll down to D2D recovery and set to enable. Save and exit. When it reboots press alt+ f10, and this will bring you to a screen asking language. Set your language, on the next screen click continue to windows. It should now send you to windows. If this doesn't work than likely bad hardware somewhere. If it does work, but does it again in the future, than I likely attribute this to bad RAM/compatibility, as this exact scenario is very common on this generation of Acer laptops, and is usually remedied by replacing the RAM. The problem I have come across with these Acers especially is that they mix RAM from the factory! Unbelievable, but was the case in 3 out of 4 of my personal Acer laptops, and in many others I have worked on. I see 1066 embedded RAM mixed with 1600 removable sticks (V3 series), or a set with one at 1066 and another at 1866(some e1/e5 series). Completely not okay for a new computer to come this way. What makes it worse, is they even mix brands and densities. This may or may not be your issue.
