Hey guys! My HP was totallu affected after I reverted the last forced microsoft update to the Windows Fall Creators version. I had already done it before successfully, but this second time around something went wrong and I have no idea why.
I can turn on the laptop, open the control panel for instance, but it won't let me perform certain actions. I can't use the "search" tool, neither open the settings. It detects a pen drive, but it won't let me open it. I can open google chrome and mozilla but it just shows a blank page.
What can I do to make it fully functional?
I tried to access Windows update and reinstall the update or see what's available, but I can't!
does anyone know a way to make it work again without the loss of my data?
