Question Laptop audio crackling and freezing

Hi! So yesterday i opened my laptop and i noticed that the sound had issues. I searched on the internet for fixing the problem and i saw that i have a problem with my laptop handling the realtime tasks and the latency is high. I tried a lot of methods. All i could find on internet and it didn't worked. I even reinstalled windows erasing my hdds but i still have this problem.

!! Is not only on my speakers. It is also on the headphones.

Can someone please help me??

Firstly if I was you I would try to reinstall the drivers for the audio card on your laptop. Sometimes windows update can cause issues with drivers so it might've caused an issue with yours. You mentioned that the overall speed of the laptop is being affected as well and that the "latency" of the machine is quite high. Are you able to tell me about the conditions of the laptop when this occurs ? Is the machine hot to touch i.e feels like it might be overheating, is it only occurring when it is off charge or on charge or both, does it happen straight away or does it take awhile for the problem to occur, is the hard drive on the laptop noticeably loud when this occurs (this could be clicking noises or what sounds like crunching noises when under load or idle) ? Thanks

I already reinstalled all the drivers. The problem occurs straight away when i power up my laptop. idk if the laptop is slow, i mean for example my mouse cursor glitches and the most noticeable is the sound that glitches, freeze or have drop outs effects etc.
